This is the easiest thing you will do today. And probably one of the yummiest.

INGREDIENTS
- 8oz block of feta
- 3oz whipped cream cheese
- toppings of your choice
- choice of crackers or bread
INSTRUCTIONS
- Process feta in a food processer until in small chunks.
- Add whipped cream cheese and pulse for 3-4 minutes until smooth.
- Spread on nice serving dish and top with anything you like. I used chopped parsley, fresh ground pepper and olive oil.
- Serve with crackers or bread and prepare to wow your guests!
